  • To cancel, update your booking on Fresha as "cancelled" — LUFEMMERA will receive this immediately.
  • This is the only form of cancellation we accept; as it leaves no room for error or misunderstanding on either side.
  • Clients can cancel without fee provided they cancel before 7 days in advance of their appointment. If less than 7 days' notice, a 50% fee will be applied. If less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of the fee will be billed, of which 25% can be used as credit toward your next booking.
