By booking with LUFEMMERA, you declare you have read and agreed to following policies: Events, perfumery, and custom skincare can be mixed-gender, provided the men are not receiving any hands-on treatments. We exclusively provide spa and medical aesthetics services for females. Appointment Confirmation If you are a first-time client who booked the appointment over the phone: your appointment will be held for 2 hours, during which you must put a credit card on file to confirm the booking. If you booked online or are a repeat client, your card is already on file so the above does not apply. Deposits Deposits are required for all bookings. Forms Please fill out the required form(s) in advance of your appointment to ensure that we can begin your appointment when you arrive. Incomplete or unaddressed forms must be completed before treatment begins, and if you show up without them finished, it will be considered part of your appointment time as we await your completion of them on-site. No Show 100% of the appointment cost will be billed and you will not be able to book again without paying in full, up front for your future booking. Cancellation for Mobile, Travel, and Events For events, mobile, and travel bookings, the deposit is non-refundable, due to advance costs incurred by LUFEMMERA for your booking. Cancellation for LUFEMMERA Hosting Spa Treatments To cancel, update your booking on Fresha as "cancelled" — LUFEMMERA will receive this immediately. This is the only form of cancellation we accept; as it leaves no room for error or misunderstanding on either side. Clients can cancel without fee provided they cancel before 7 days in advance of their appointment. If less than 7 days' notice, a 50% fee will be applied. If less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of the fee will be billed, of which 25% can be used as credit toward your next booking. See exceptions to the above three points, below: For OPUS experience, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, due to immediate advance costs incurred by LUFEMMERA for your booking. Mobile & Travel We are pleased to provide both mobile and travel bookings. Microneedling requires minimal setup, so the travel fee and the km fee is 50% off from anywhere within the regions of Oakville, Brampton, Mississauga, Port Credit, Milton, Burlington, Etobicoke, Toronto, Vaughan, North York, Markham, and Scarborough. The per km fee is for a round-trip, with the base location of Square One Mall. For your appointment time, please adjust your calendar to include one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup. Our mobile service includes all equipment used when we host, the exception being when travelling by air. It is a significant undertaking with hours of prep and post for us to travel to you, in addition to setup and cleanup and transport time — therefore the pricing reflects this. Overnight For bookings beyond these above listed municipalities, it requires a minimum spend and for LUFEMMERA to make an overnight stay — please contact directly to discuss travel arrangements. While passport-ready and capable of bringing the LUFEMMERA experience anywhere in the world, certain ingredients may not be available if cross-border or air travel is required, due to customs and airline restrictions.
