Group Perfumery, Events, and Opus There will be a discovery call, an agreement drafted, and for confirmation of the booking both the agreement is to be signed and a non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. This deposit is due within 24 hours of the client receipt of the agreement for bookings over 4 weeks in advance, or within 6 hours if less than 4 weeks in advance. Should this time period pass without LUFEMMERA receiving the both deposit and the signed agreement, the date will be released. Treatments and Private Perfumery There will be a discovery call, after which your appointment will be held for 2 hours, during which you must pay the deposit for your booking. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email and a brief intake form to complete before arrival. Should this time period pass without LUFEMMERA receiving the deposit, the date will be released. We host in downtown Toronto — or we come to you. As we operate from a private studio, the address is shared upon confirmation. Distance Commissions, Gifts, and Subscriptions There will be a discovery call. By booking with LUFEMMERA, you declare you have read and agreed to following policies: Events, perfumery, and custom skincare can be mixed-gender, provided the men are not receiving any hands-on treatments. We exclusively provide spa and medical aesthetics services for females. Deposits Deposits are required for all bookings. Most bookings are paid in-full at the time of booking, as all of LUFEMMERA's offerings have advanced costs and labour incurred by LUFEMMERA for your experience. Cancellation The deposit is non-refundable, due to advance costs incurred by LUFEMMERA for your booking. Forms Please fill out the required form(s) or questions in advance of your appointment to ensure that we can begin your appointment when you arrive. Incomplete or unaddressed forms must be completed before your appointment begins, and if you show up without them finished, it will be considered part of your appointment time as we await your completion of them on-site. No Show 100% of the appointment cost will be billed and you will not be able to book again without paying in full, up front, for your future booking. False Card on File, Chargeback, or Incomplete Payment After Services Are Rendered Immediate permanent ban from all LUFEMMERA services. Hosted by LUFEMMERA We are pleased to provide a luxury downtown venue for us to connect. LUFEMMERA hosts in various private members' clubs, located in central areas in Toronto. Your booking will be held in a private area within the clubs. Members' clubs have a standard of conduct, and LUFEMMERA has an expectation of honourable decorum as well — LUFEMMERA and the venues reserve the right to turn away any clients who behave in a manner unbefitting of common decency. The deposit in such an instance, would not be returned. You are liable to cover the costs of repairs or replacements for any damages you cause to the venue. Mobile & Travel We are pleased to provide both mobile and travel bookings. Microneedling requires minimal equipment setup, so the travel fee and the km fee is 20% off from anywhere within the regions of Oakville, Mississauga, Port Credit, Milton, Etobicoke, Toronto, North York, Markham, and Scarborough. The per km fee is for a round-trip, with the base location of Yonge and Bloor in Toronto. For your appointment time, please adjust your calendar to include one hour for setup and one hour for cleanup. Our mobile service includes all equipment used when we host, the exception being when travelling by air. It is a significant undertaking with hours of prep and post for us to travel to you, in addition to setup and cleanup and transport time — therefore the pricing reflects this. Overnight For bookings beyond these above listed municipalities, it requires a higher minimum spend and for LUFEMMERA to make an overnight stay — please contact directly to discuss travel arrangements. While passport-ready and capable of bringing the LUFEMMERA experience anywhere in the world, certain ingredients may not be available if cross-border or air travel is required, due to customs and airline restrictions.
